We aim to dispatch goods within one working day after an order being placed – this is in addition to our advertised delivery time. Normal delivery time can take up to three working days to arrive – if after this time the item(s) have not been delivered, please contact us. Express delivery is also available to Mainland England, Wales & lower Scottish areas at a premium and can be purchased during the checkout process.

Next Day delivery (£19.95) is also available to Mainland England, Wales & lower Scottish areas at a premium and can be purchased during the checkout process.
Incorrect delivery details
homebikes.co.uk cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.
If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.
All deliveries are made on a “door to door” basis, the carrier will not be instructed to carry any items inside your property.
Any delivery requested outside the carrier’s normal operating hours will attract a pre-determined, agreed surcharge.
All goods will require a signature upon receipt. If any instruction is given by the customer for the delivery company to leave goods unattended or not with the recipient detailed within the order details, it will be left entirely at the purchaser’s risk.
Order cancelations – Due to high demand we are unable to stop or amend a delivery request once the order has been processed and confirmed and the standard 14 day returns policy would apply.
If on arrival, the goods are or appear to be damaged in transit, please either: –
a). Refuse the delivery if the packaging is badly damaged & you suspect that there has been significant damage to the goods. Note the reason on the carrier’s signature system & advise us promptly by e-mail that you have done so.
b). Take delivery of the goods but sign for them as damaged if you suspect that the damage to the goods could be non-existent or superficial & advise us promptly by e-mail that you have done so.
If the goods are collected from us by the customer or their representative all risks of loss or damage pass to the Customer once the goods have been loaded onto the customers’ designated transport.
If you suspect that the goods are lost in transit because they are at least 48 hours overdue from the time that you expected them to be delivered, please contact us by e-mail.
